Help with healthy lunch?

Bagels are okay, but they are so so so high in carbs that you'll go way over your reccomended amount. Instead of a full size bagel, have a mini one with some form of protein on it, like lean deli meat, hummus or peanut/almond er. Dont forget fruits/veggies, have at least one serving. And water too! Instead of a bagel, you can eat a protein bar (Clif Bars are my favorites, i eat 1/2 of one every day for lunch at school) or a small sandwich with light wheat bread.
