Will I gain weight with Prednisone?

I am on a 9 day prescription for Prednisone to treat a static migraine and possible Bells Palsy recurrence. I will be taking 60mg for 7 days, 40gm for 1 day, and then 20mg for the final day. Should I expect to gain a lot of weight because of this? Are there other side effects I should look for?
