How to manually overdrive or adjust power seats in a Ford Expedition 2005?

I have a Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer with a stuck driver's seat. The seat moves forward and back, but not up and down. The motor runs, but doesn't moves the seat, so no fuses or relays to check. It doesn't sound like a grinding noise, but it could. More than replacing it, I need to find a way to manually adjust it (there should be one!). Whoever tells me how, gets choosing Best Answer immediately :)
