Virtual server 2005 can not ping from clients on the network outside of the host machine?

I am running windows 2003 r2 with virtual server 2005. I have one network on the virtual machine attached to the pyshcial network adapter on the host. The host can ping the VM the VM can ping the host, but clients on the network cant not ping the VM. Any ideas? Thanks.

The bad guys, Pubert Pes and Her Pes, want the genie so they can take over the world. They also have Jean's father, Frank, a young hypnotist, working for them. Rest of characters: Mother Magic, Jean and Bobby's mom, Oracle the Wise, Bobby's father, Mother Nature and Father Time, Oracle's parents, Nanny Merry Weather, Jean and Bobby's nanny, Nick Nack and Patty Wack, henchmen to Pubert Pes and Her Pes, Sylvia the Sapphire Soceress, resident of the Sapphire Temple, Edgar the Emerald Emperor, resident of the Emerald Forest, Dragony the Dragon, guard of the Stone, and younger versions of Jean, Bobby, Frank, and Mother Magic. Will I gain weight with Prednisone?

I am on a 9 day prescription for Prednisone to treat a static migraine and possible Bells Palsy recurrence. I will be taking 60mg for 7 days, 40gm for 1 day, and then 20mg for the final day. Should I expect to gain a lot of weight because of this? Are there other side effects I should look for?
