Are English Racist and Yobs affecting people's Jobs?

A lot of people I know would rather stay on the Dole! If you work in the Post Office or for Retail Co. if you threaten to report racists for stealing or sabotaging your work they threaten you with racism. Management is very sensitive about this and believe the Racists! If you think, to hell with this and do a job where you work for yourself and not with idiots(eg.Motorcycle Courier) the English Yobs damage your bike, so you cant go to work. Even parking outside police station doesnt help. Parking in flat or shed is not accepted unless youre of a certain race and ride a scooter!
