Can someone help please!?

So I met this boy at a summer camp and we were became really close to each other. We were inseparable We both pretty much cried when we had to leave. He lives 13 hours away from me. So we still talk and its been 7 months since camp. I went and visited him a month ago and it was like we had never been apart. We don`t talk as often as we used to and he seems so distant. I don`t know if i should move on or not. I was planning on surprising him and fly up there in 3 weeks to see him but i dont know if he would want me to to. I`m scared. what should I do???
