Christians: I've decided to accept Pascal's Wager. I went to church and prayed, but there's just one problem?

I'm not exactly sure how to make myself believe in God. Can you tell me how to do this? And will it work for other things? Can I make myself believe that I'm living on the moon, and I'm the Emperor, and my hairline is not getting thin up front?
