Does everyone who dies on another side of the world, with different beliefs and or no religion all go to hell?

I mean if we all label ourselves with the wrong religion as someone else thinks you HAVE to be in to go to heaven, or we don't even learn about it in our lifetime ... does that make the rest of us in hell ? loll...It is just a funny concept ,someone asked me that and I had no answer except God knows what is in your heart and he will judge you accordingly regardless of your labeled religion. So I was wondering how others felt ? Also does anyone else in their religion aside from mormons believe in baptizing the dead to give them a chance to make it to heaven? (kind of cool concept maybe) and as for mormons...well what happens if those people are never traced through your family tree? Do they still never get a second chance? Also aren't we all family? We all came from Adam and Eve after all ...right?
