First pregnancy question...6 weeks?

I have cramps from the uterus stretching, but no plantation bleeding, i'm tired more and pee alot. I don't have any morning sickness (and heard that sometimes women without it are more likely to miscarry then someone who has it). And my aren't really sore, they just kind of tingle every once and a while. So i'm just curious if everything is okay or i'm just freaking out?! Please help me!!!!!!
