Help ,stupid brother in law!?

hi myname is leon and i emmigrated to australia with my wife ,after time i made accomodation to my mother in law and my brother in law and they came all and made money and aswell invading my privacy ,without getting nothing back at all ,all i got it was stress.my brother in law didnt want to work and he had to go back ,and seeing me always a step ahead of him ,because i work and always go forward ,he got jelaous and started sending emails like ,saying that i made him accomodation so he pays me the rent(instead of thanks) and that i married his sister so that i can stay in australia not cause i love her (instead of the thanks for the accomodation) anyway we clashed and we dont speak nomore. as time ped by,my mother in law left too and im so relaxed now just me and my wife .Now he realised how stupid he was,he texted my wife on mobile phone to ask me if i can make him accomodation again!,now i know hes lazy,he will come here and go on the dole and he has a baby now for excuse he cant work ,cause he has no wife to take care of baby, i dunno what to do ,i said no already ,but my wife only has him and her mum , what should i do i feel trapped ,and i dont want to stress for these people.they are not worthit.should i accomodate? or ?
