How much is the hourly rate for a Con Edison gas and electric bill?

I am thinking about moving to NYC probably Harlem or Brooklyn and im looking for an apartment thats around in the 1200-2500 a month range and i would like to know what is the rate for Con Edison's Gas and electric bill if I were to move to Manhattan or Brooklyn what are their hourly rates kilowatt per hour?
