Infection near my dogs eye, HELP!!!?

Ok so there is this weird pimple like thing right next to my dogs eye. At first i didnt know it was there, i just thought it was one of those crusty eye boogers so i tried getting it away and all this brown stuff came off when i wiped it with my hand. So i got a paper towel and rubbed it and it was morw brown liquid stuff and there was also blood. I think i might of popped it but im not completely sure. She isnt in any pain when i touch it but i am just afraid in case its something bad. I looked at it maybe 5 hours later and i dabbed it with some more paper towel and it still was bleeding but not bad bleeding just kinda a little bit. Please help and suggest anything that i can do, or if i should just leave it alone, or call a vet. If you guys need more information just ask and ill answer your questions. Thanks.
