Is my daughter ahead in drawing?

Yes shes advanced. I was drawing 'recognisable' shapes at this age, Nowadays I work as an artist. Sounds like shes got the foundations of something to really develop on! Make sure you give her much encouragement, perhaps you could sit with her and you could both draw, try drawing both things you can see and things from the imagination. Turning it into a mother/daughter activity will surely be rewarding for you both. I'm not sure cles are necessarily important at such a young age, just letting her draw, practise and letting her imagination run wild I believe is most important at this point. Remember not to stuff it down her neck...or she will get bored of it very quickly XD Have fun!
