Please Help!! I need ideas PRONTO!!!!?

I am running for my school's first trimester vice president. I have to write a speech on why people should vote for me, but I don't have very many ideas, just things on boring stuff like recycling. I need ideas that will catch peoples attention and make them want to vote for me. Please give me any ideas, or maybe help me a bit on a start for a speech!!! Please help!!! Thanks!
