Question about abusive relationship?

okay, my cousin is 23 years and old, and shes in a relationship with this ******* jerk. He use to be involved in prosutiton in italy just last year and now deals with drugs.She is so stunning and deserves so much better, and my mom(her aunt) found a doctor that would be perfect for her and she refused because she is in love with "the drug dealer".This guy is a total . He hits her, and two weeks ago he punched her in the jaw and she dislocated her jaw and had to get stiches.. and lied to everyone and said she fell on the bathroom floor! All of my aunts and family have to tried to convince her to leave the guy, but he threatens her.Btw; she lives in Europe so there is nothing I can do seeing as how I live in the U.S! How do i get this nasty worthless piece of **** guy away from my gorgeous cousin, she deserves so much better. I just want to cry. I can't just sit back and watch her life fall apart because of some delinquent hole!
