Question for optometrists or optometry students only?

I am currently interest in becoming an optometrist. Can you please tell me what courses I would have to take in college to get into optometry school. Also, what is optometry school like? Is it as difficult as med. school? What cles do you have to take? Is it a lot of math? And how smart do you have to be to become an optometrist?
