Have any good baking recipes with cream cheese?

Somehow I ended up with 2 8-oz and one 3 oz blocks of cream cheese after making pecan bars with a cream cheese crust. I'm looking for a baked good using one of the 8 oz boxes - something that doesn't need refrigeration and which will ship well. right now I've got 1 lb confectioners' sugar, a bag of walnuts, some pine nuts, a box of Rice Krispies (feel like bagging the buckeye this year, anyway) tons of chocolate chips, erscotch chips, m and m's, graham cracker crumbs, the famous chocolate wafer cookies...some kind of bars? or cookies that will mail well? thank you!
