Can a dealership really do this?

I bought a Ford F150 about 2 months ago. When I signed the paperwork, I signed the Odometer/salvage form. I didn't check either the yes it was or no it wasn't salvaged. I told the dealership that I did not have the title that day that I would bring it in the next day. Which I DID showing it WAS in fact salvaged when I bought it from the auction prevously. Not once did they ask if the car was salvaged as I knew it was. A month later they called me and told me that they were going to take my old car to the auction to see what they could get for it and that I would have to pay the difference. Now let me back up a bit, the day i bought the car they appraised it for 10,500 on the paperwork. Ok, when they went to the auction they sold it for $6700. They called me this month (2 months later) and stated I owed them $3500, which they haggled down to $1800, when i told them no. Now they are threatening to take me to court. I am running windows 2003 r2 with virtual server 2005. I have one network on the virtual machine attached to the pyshcial network adapter on the host. The host can ping the VM the VM can ping the host, but clients on the network cant not ping the VM. Any ideas? Thanks.

so heres the deal. im really superstitious and this lady had come up to me and told me she had a feeling i was going to come back from my trip pregnant. Thanksgiving woes, again!?

last year my mom about had a conniption fit because i decided to do thanksgiving only with his mother last year. i had went every year that my mom had had me (i was adopted at 5). we had been able to go to both until last year because my moms was 2 hours away from where i lived. I let a monster into my house, tramatized my children to give someone elses child a chance. How is a mother selfish for putting her children first? Everyone called me selfish. My question is, I've heard that, in stock conditions, a Rockband guitar won't work in a Guitar Hero game, and viceversa: but what about in a MODDED condition? I took him in to the vet almost 3 months ago. I thought he had a UTI. The vet didnt think so although he didnt even test his pee or anything! He squeezed his belly area and said it wasnt a blockage and didnt think it was a UTI because his bladder wasnt full. My cat pees pretty normally. He was peeing in the tub and outside the litter box quite a bit but since we added another box and fresh water all over the house, and actually scrub the litter box clean at least once a week, he goes a lot more often in the box. There is another male here, and the first male, Whiskers, sprays sometimes, but it is more due to the fixed female that wont let the males near her. After he chases her around for a while, he will then lick himself, and he will "hump" a furry blanket then lick himself when he is done. I noticed that the tip area of his is red compared to the rest of the . I looked it up and cant find a lot of info on it or the causes, except that it could be a UTI causing it and only one site I saw said that. I want to get him fixed, but I would like to take care of the problem of a possible UTI first, but the vet seems like an idiot who just wants my money without doing any real work to find out what is wrong. I mean he prescribed anti inflammatory pills last time, and I have no idea what for, he didnt even really say, so I didnt give them to the cat. Anyway is it likely that a UTI is causing it, or can it also be the fact that he is ually frustrated, and from that and the blanket, it irritated his ? I am going to take him to a different vet after the holidays, but I want to get some ideas first as to what it can be. I dont totally trust vets, as most I have delt with seem to mostly be in it for the money.

Bagels are okay, but they are so so so high in carbs that you'll go way over your reccomended amount. Instead of a full size bagel, have a mini one with some form of protein on it, like lean deli meat, hummus or peanut/almond er. Dont forget fruits/veggies, have at least one serving. And water too! Instead of a bagel, you can eat a protein bar (Clif Bars are my favorites, i eat 1/2 of one every day for lunch at school) or a small sandwich with light wheat bread.

I would not buy a car seat unless it had that feature, because the harness has to be snug against the body, but it is next to impossible to put them in when the harness is tight. that is very strange. first thing - it sounds like somethings going on with some clock timings and it thinks you need to reset your CMOS...if u have desktop open up ur case and get out ur manual (or download it off the internet) and find out where ur CMOS pins are. there are three in a row with a jumper on two of them. turn off computer/unplug/take and move that jumper from its position to the other possible position (one shared pin and the open pin) wait 30 secs...put jumper back to original state...plug in...start up...maybe help? also maybe try getting rid of the software that you installed right before itmessed up? hope this helps.

I drive the VR4, i have nothing against Mustang's but i am curious as to what people of the internet predict before this race occurs. How to manually overdrive or adjust power seats in a Ford Expedition 2005?

I have a Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer with a stuck driver's seat. The seat moves forward and back, but not up and down. The motor runs, but doesn't moves the seat, so no fuses or relays to check. Okay, a while back I hit a log while mowing and blade began making metal on metal sound. I quickly replaced blade but for whatever reason the new blade began hitting the underside and getting hung up and not being able to move while I mowed. I literaly took a hammer to it and began hitting the undersides of the mower with my hammer. Problem solved for several mows. However, today, the problem returned and I did the same thing. Hammered the insides of the mower and once again no problems. This is a craftsman 22" blade mower. First pregnancy question...6 weeks?

Yes shes advanced. I was drawing 'recognisable' shapes at this age, Nowadays I work as an artist. Sounds like shes got the foundations of something to really develop on! Make sure you give her much encouragement, perhaps you could sit with her and you could both draw, try drawing both things you can see and things from the imagination. Turning it into a mother/daughter activity will surely be rewarding for you both. I'm not sure cles are necessarily important at such a young age, just letting her draw, practise and letting her imagination run wild I believe is most important at this point. Infection near my dogs eye, HELP!!!?

Ok so there is this weird pimple like thing right next to my dogs eye. At first i didnt know it was there, i just thought it was one of those crusty eye boogers so i tried getting it away and all this brown stuff came off when i wiped it with my hand. So i got a paper towel and rubbed it and it was morw brown liquid stuff and there was also blood. I think i might of popped it but im not completely sure. She isnt in any pain when i touch it but i am just afraid in case its something bad. I looked at it maybe 5 hours later and i dabbed it with some more paper towel and it still was bleeding but not bad bleeding just kinda a little bit. Please help and suggest anything that i can do, or if i should just leave it alone, or call a vet. If you guys need more information just ask and ill answer your questions. Thanks.

How late into pregnancy can it be before a positive finally shows up?

I started from seed. I germinated ten plants in my greenhouse. I've moved them from their seed tray to six packs until they were large enough to go into a pot and out of the greenhouse. I've got 3 pots, two on the covered front porch and one in the window sill both of which get the morning sun. I used miracle grow soil and they still don't seem to be getting any larger. My Chervil, Parsley, marjoramand dill are all doing well. the rosemary, cilantro & chives seem to be lagging. Point me in the right direction?

I have to wear rubber band for my braces also, but they aren't squar shaped just circles. Your docter is probably trying to fix your bite, you may either have an over bite or under bite. I would give them a call and ask them exactly which teeth the rubber bands should be hooked on, (you should have little pointy things sticking out of some of your brackets. These are where you place one end of a rubber band.) because if you dont place the bands on the right teeth you could really mess up your bite and have to wear the bands even longer because you have to reverese your mistake. Just give them a call, it is better than having to wear them longer because you didnt ask. Good luck and take a lot of pain medication lol

Have you ever lost a friend when you told them you were abused by a family member?

Let me tell you something I experienced with some of the friends and people I'm around. I've also had family problems, even before my dad ped away and my stepfather pretty much made my childhood a difficult experience. Anyway, I go to a private school with a bunch of well-provided-for kids and I am on financial aid and i get an increased discount as long as I keep my grades above average (91). Being around these people and making friends with them, I noticed they come to me to talk about their problems as if i was like nurturing mother, and i don't mind because i've learned to understand their problems and give advice based on my experiences and try to see things from their point of view. Let me tell you it's pretty hard, because after facing so much difficulties and have someone come to u crying as if their whole life is fked but in the end it's just something that was pretty much their own fault and they brought it upon themselves. It's hard to sympathize when i hear how they complain about their parents not letting them do something when some people have abusive parents that don't love them or abandoned them. I've learned that some people are actually just selfish, they look for a friend who they think has no problems and can understand them and talk about their problems with the friend. You should feel good that you are a great friend btw. But in the end once u open ur mouth about a hard experience u had, they automatically switch perspectives and seem all surprised, that's not a true friend that can understand and be there for u. You could try making up with her, but if she just continues to ignore, just forget about her. Hope for you the best of luck. ;)

What are my ducks doing in their pond?

I have three ducks one is a mallard,one is a pecan, and one is a Blue Swedish . I don't know their genders but I always used to think that my pecan was the male because he would lead them all around. That's what I thought but yesterday i looked out to see my blue Swedish on top of my pecan in the pond. These are all great names...clic, intelligent-sounding, neither too common nor too weird. The boys' names are handsome and masculine, and the girls' names are pretty and feminine. For a boy, I like both names, but would probably pick Damian Alexander...Damian Alejandro would also be great. For a girl, my favorite is probably Estella Sofia, but again they're all very nice names.

if she makes you feel this way then it sound like you are better off breaking up and finding someone better. But, communication is definately a big thing that relationships need. How do we get rid of garter snakes in our back yard?

I've heard that keeping a fake owl sitting on your roof or garage helps to keep some animals away - not sure it works for snakes though. If the sources of food are not there for the snakes, then they won't come. If you have nice plush green gardens, fields, a stream, river, creek, pond or lake nearby you can forget about chasing snakes away. Where there's water and green growth for bugs, insects, rodents or frogs, etc... there's plenty of harmless snakes around. I recommend you get used to living with them, and just walk LOUDLY. Snakes want nothing to do with humans, and will always slither in the opposite direction when approached by sounds. When disturbed obruptly, they might strike to defend themselves only. Or, sometimes they might seem to be slithering in your direction, as they can get confused or if they feel your trying to catch them or kill them, they seem smart enough to change directions. One minute moving away from you, the next minute turning 180 degrees and coming at you. In hopes that you'll miss them in the tall gr so they can get away from you. Trust me! They don't want anything to do with you and want to be farther away from you, as you want them to be from you. : ) Did that make any sense? LOL

I have eaten it during a bout of thrush in pregnancy but, i was also using a canesten cream, so i can only guess which one worked first!!, its well worth a try though if you dont like using medication, and better for baby too x But if its returned after using a pessary i think its time you visited a doctor they usually give you medication after all else fails so eating yogourt would doubtfully work now.

Should I quit CAD drafting degree and start Industrial Design?

I am in a ociates of applied science degree for architectural drafting that is NOT transferable to a bachelor degree. I chose this because it was under two years to get and I'm almost 24 and don't want to spend that long in college. I am learning now that drafting jobs don't pay good and it's hard to find jobs in that field. I was thinking about dropping that drafting and switch to industrial design. Is my guinea pig dying or just getting old?

We got her when she was pretty young (one of the weaker we saw) but she came out healthy over the years. Lately she's been less active in her cage, but still eats and drinks normally. For the past couple days I've noticed she makes a sound like dove coos, but sometimes a little lower and more grunt-like. It worried me a little since she does that while laying completely still like she's sleeping... I've heard they're less active in the day though, so could she just be old and tired? It worries me because she looks a little out of it maybe. I've been simplifying my skincare routine (Cetaphil cleanser and Cetaphil lotion), but there is something missing... salicylic acid! My pores are still clogged, although my skin has improved a great amount. What is the best? My friend recommended the Oxy pads, and her skin is clear, but I can't get over the masculine smell... I tried Stridex a few months back and the pads did nothing. So what's the best? Clearasil? Neutrogena? Oxy? Noxzema? My skin is sensitive, but it can handle alcohol... it is just more prone to drying out than with others. Yet if I use too much lotion, my skin gets oily and sticky. I STUPIDLY had kids with a man that should not be able to reproduce. I was young and naive. I didn't realize what a loser he was until I had my first child with him. She was born with a disability and he totally dropped the ball when it came to her care and stay in the NICU. Already in the "cycle of abuse" with this man, I stayed with him thinking I was stuck. I ended up pregnant again although on birth control. When my second daughter was born I left him because he beat me senseless. Shortly after I left my ex I rekindled a relationship with my high school sweetheart. He's in the military and he's the answer to our prayers. He's the father my kids deserve in their life. He's my breath of fresh air. He's also in the military stationed in NC. His orders have him here for the next five years but I only have a temporary order from the court to be here until next September. The order is in RI but there is no order of continuing jurisdiction there. My kids real father pays no child support, has no doented work history since the spring, rarely calls his kids, and can not financially afford to even split the cost of travel to see his kids. I want to stay here with my kids. Their life here is significantly more enriched due to all the benefits of being military dependents. They've made lots of little friends and my four year old loves her new school. I need to prove this to a judge...I guess what I'm asking is which areas of a child's well being a judge is most concerned about....please help

hi myname is leon and i emmigrated to australia with my wife ,after time i made accomodation to my mother in law and my brother in law and they came all and made money and aswell invading my privacy ,without getting nothing back at all ,all i got it was stress.my brother in law didnt want to work and he had to go back ,and seeing me always a step ahead of him ,because i work and always go forward ,he got jelaous and started sending emails like ,saying that i made him accomodation so he pays me the rent(instead of thanks) and that i married his sister so that i can stay in australia not cause i love her (instead of the thanks for the accomodation) anyway we clashed and we dont speak nomore. as time ped by,my mother in law left too and im so relaxed now just me and my wife .Now he realised how stupid he was,he texted my wife on mobile phone to ask me if i can make him accomodation again!,now i know hes lazy,he will come here and go on the dole and he has a baby now for excuse he cant work ,cause he has no wife to take care of baby, i dunno what to do ,i said no already ,but my wife only has him and her mum , what should i do i feel trapped ,and i dont want to stress for these people.they are not worthit.should i accomodate? or ?
